Continuous Dependency Maintenance

This example package describes a simulated use case in which dependency health is maintained across a portfolio of software repositories.

The use case covers recurring package evaluation, risk classification, maintenance campaigns, governed updates, validation, and producer-consumer impact. The worked example demonstrates how evidence from repeated maintenance runs improves procedure, deterministic capability, and responsibility placement.

Relationship to Repository Modernization

This use case assumes a repository has a usable build and test process.

When dependency maintenance reveals that broader project, repository, or CI modernization is required, the maintenance operation records the blocker and routes the repository to Standards-Driven Repository Modernization.

The package illustrates one possible implementation. It does not add requirements to the Infoconex AI Flywheel Specification or prescribe a universal dependency-management process.
