Infoconex owns the names, marks, and branding associated with the Infoconex AI Flywheel and the Infoconex AI Flywheel Specification.

This includes:

  • Infoconex
  • Infoconex AI Flywheel
  • Infoconex AI Flywheel Specification
  • Related logos, icons, diagrams, and visual branding

Permitted References

You may refer to the Infoconex AI Flywheel or the Infoconex AI Flywheel Specification for accurate identification, commentary, research, comparison, education, or implementation discussion.

Permitted references must be accurate, must not imply endorsement by Infoconex, and must not suggest that you control or define the specification.

Required Naming

Use the full name on first reference:

When referring specifically to the specification, use:

After the full name has been established, shorter references such as “the AI Flywheel” or “the Flywheel” may be used when the context is clear.

Restricted Uses

You may not, without prior written permission from Infoconex:

  • Use Infoconex branding in the name of a product, service, company, project, repository, domain, package, or competing specification.
  • Present modified, partial, or extended material as the Infoconex AI Flywheel Specification.
  • Use the name Infoconex AI Flywheel in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, certification, or approval by Infoconex.
  • Register or attempt to register confusingly similar names, domains, marks, logos, or social media handles.
  • Use the name or branding in a way that misrepresents the official meaning, authorship, source, approval, or conformance status of the Infoconex AI Flywheel.

Conformance Claims

An implementation may not claim to be “Infoconex AI Flywheel conforming,” “certified,” “approved,” or “official” unless it satisfies the published conformance requirements and any applicable conformance policy published by Infoconex.

No Transfer of Rights

No permission in this policy transfers ownership of any Infoconex name, mark, logo, or branding.

Infoconex retains the sole right to define, publish, revise, interpret, and approve the Infoconex AI Flywheel Specification.
